Welcome to Capitol Hill Pool Club
Established in 2009, Capitol Hill Pool Club gives local Seattle pool players a place to work on their game, meet new people, and relax after a long day. We meet every Monday starting at 7:30pm at Garage, in Capitol Hill. The table fee is $5 up-front, which gives you unlimited pool on club tables from 7:30pm to close. Girls play for free! If you join our meetup.com group, you'll receive an event confirmation on Sunday via email. Come by and play a few racks, we'd love to have you.
END-O-MO 8-Ball Pool Club Tournament
On the last Monday of the month, we host an 8-ball pool tournament called END-O-MO. Here are the details:
Game: 8-ball, APA Rules (download official rules as PDF)
Buy-in: $10
Tournament Structure: Modified single elimination (see format details as PDF)
Games to win each match: Race to 2
Distribution of money: 60% first (all cash), 30% second, 10% for third (note a small portion of the pot will need to be used to pay for table time, second and third place will get combination of cash and Garage gift certificates)
Please note that we'll be using all club tables for the tournament (either for match play or practice), so members not participating in the tournament will not be able to play until the tournament is over (estimating it will be done in 2-3hrs or so). However, if you can stick around until then, we'll be running 4-tables for free until close! Hope to see you there.
